Lemurs look like little Yogis when they are sunbathing to warm up. With bright round eyes, soft fur, and a tail longer than its body, they are adorable. This creature has a wire armature for stability, and sits solidly on a heavy half branch of oak. It is needle felted - a process where strong and solid shapes are made by plunging a barbed needle into wool, permanently entangling it. Different from wet felting, this dry process allows for a great amount of detail. Needle felted wool can be touched but it is an artwork, best not used as a toy.
